Ms Akansha Rathi is a commerce graduate and a qualified Company Secretary & Insolvency Professional, with over 20 years of post-qualification experience in the corporate legal domain across various geographies.
She is on the panel of various Banks for providing search reports and insolvency assignments. She holds a diploma from ICSI on the POSH Act and Intellectual Property Rights, has conducted more than 100 online and offline PoSH sessions, and is appointed as External Member to various POSH committees.

Over 18 years in banking, distressed debt advisory and turnaround management, special situation M&A and business restructuring. Formerly Practice Head with Mazars India, Partner with BDO India's restructuring vertical, and with ICICI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
